Software and Hardware

First year
Upon completion of an installation and for a period of one full year, all product supplied by Tempus Systems is covered by a universal manufactures’ warranty against ‘fair wear and tear’ and non malicious damage. In simple terms, we guarantee to rectify or repair any fault at no additional cost.

Tempus Systems’ software support provides unlimited telephone assistance to all supported clients. By utilising ‘Team Viewer’s’® remote access software we can solve over 96% of all faults quickly and without coming to site.

All new customers are provided with a unique login and password to our Download Page for this website. This affords our customers secure access to their relevant software including any updates, as they become available.

Subsequent years
After the First Year, an annual support fee is applied to all installed software and equipment, details of which will be supplied upon request. You do not have to subscribe to this, however our supported clients have frequently reported how beneficial and advantageous our maintenance program is. By subscribing to Tempus Systems’ ‘Annual Support’ the customer will continue to enjoy all the benefits provided during the first year of installation and we will continue to regard the equipment as if it was newly installed. In addition to this, the customer will continue to receive unlimited telephone support.
