‘Tempus 5.5.1’ Software Package

This is a robust solution for time management made achievable by utilizing the data collected from any of the Tempus range of clock terminals. Once collected, the data can be used to manage personnel hours for payroll and job costing calculations. The software administrator can access on a daily and monthly basis, or for a specific period as set, a wide range of reports. This system can also be integrated into our Access Control Solution.

Tempus 5.5.1’ Features:

Agreements – Agreements are user defined and then applied to either individual or a group of employees. A different agreement can be set up for each day of the week, defining the hours to be worked during that particular day and if necessary, indicating flexible time arrangements.

Other definitions that can be set-up include:

        Terms for early arrival
·
        Break periods during the working day
·
        Overtime.

Rounding – Employees IN and OUT times can be rounded in accordance with company policy. This feature may be applied to all IN and OUT swipes throughout any particular working day regardless of standard start and finish times.

Special Days – Special or Statutory Holidays throughout the year can be specifically defined.

Dynamic Calendar – Used for scheduling multiple Agreements for an employee (shift or varied agreements).

Swipe Data Screen – Detailed calculations of an employee’s attendance including:

        Total attendance
·
        Total early/late swipes
·
        Total arrival/exit times.

Hour Calculation Report – A displayed and printable report of worked hours during a selected period.

Calendar – Up to 5 different calendars can be defined. A calendar can include details such as plant shutdown, public holidays or any other event, which is not part of regular annual leave. This can then be assigned to the employee.  

Back Up – Data can be exported either to an external media such as CD, or to a selected path on the internal hard drive.
